I’m an Education consultant, working primarily with the World Bank since 2014, specializing in education finance, the determinants of learning in lower primary grades, and impact evaluation.
I believe that every child around the world deserves a high-quality education and am passionate about addressing the various constraints that can prevent children from accessing school and achieving their potential. I have played a leadership role in a wide range of research, project design, and implementation support, including preparing projects with a total value of more than $1bb and overseeing the first nationally representative longitudinal survey of schools, teachers and students in a sub-Saharan African country, the Malawi Longitudinal School Survey.
I’ve been privileged to present research at conferences including the Comparative International Education Society, Center for the Study of African Economies at Oxford University, and the Association for Public Policy Analysis and Management.
