I’m an Education researcher, working primarily with the World Bank since 2014. I’m passionate about identifying and evaluating ways to improve equity in school finance and in foundational learning outcomes in low income countries and communities.
I have played a leadership role in a wide range of research, project design, and implementation support, including preparing projects with a total value of more than $1b and overseeing the first nationally representative longitudinal survey of schools, teachers and students in a sub-Saharan African country, the Malawi Longitudinal School Survey.
I’ve been privileged to present research at conferences including the Comparative International Education Society, Centre for the Study of African Economies at Oxford University, and the Association for Public Policy Analysis and Management.
Here’s my CV and my publications.
